Brock has been with BA for nearly two decades. He’s grown alongside the company and helped shape much of the company’s work, practice, and culture. Brock is a believer in process and teasing out thoughtful, novel solutions through collaboration. As a big picture thinker, he searches for ways to link the varying facets of architecture to achieve catalytic effects—always contemplating how the moving parts will work together to foster wider ranging and positive effects on built forms and for stakeholders. This consistent line of questioning applies to all things internal to BA, and he prioritizes decisions that not only promote the work of the firm but support the people and culture at BA.

Brock believes in living car-free in Los Angeles, which may seem improbable, but he’s been pulling it off by taking the Metro, doing ride-shares, and pedaling his daughter to school on an e-bike.
