Jack Schulman
Designer
Born and raised in California, Jack has long been connected to the Southern California architecture community. His interest in design took root in high school, where he earned several awards for his early work. He went on to study architecture at the University of Arizona, where he developed a strong interest in fabrication technologies. Jack’s current focus lies in rethinking how we build — integrating emerging technologies into architecture and construction to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world. His work explores how digital tools, new materials, and unconventional processes can expand the possibilities of the built environment. Outside the studio, he’s self-taught in coding and engineering principles, and channels his curiosity through physical model making — a practice that bridges his design sensibilities with technical experimentation. A longtime admirer of BA Collective, Jack is excited to bring his passion and interdisciplinary mindset to the team.
Jack was the first person nominated by CAPLA for University of Arizona’s Homecoming King!
