Jennifer (Jenny) Fontenot

Since 2008, Jenny’s experience includes a wide array of typologies including various commercial, residential, and adaptive reuse projects. She joined BA in 2018 and has been an integral part of the BA collective. One of her many accomplishments has been completing Santa Monica’s first mass timber building, which also serves as BA’s HQ. Jenny loves discovering creative solutions to complex architectural problems and values collaboration in the design process. Jenny also co-chairs BA’s JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) Initiative and is passionate about increasing inclusive pipelines into the building industry. She participates in the ACE Mentor Program and is an active member of the Association for Women in Architecture + Design’s Mentorship Committee. 

Fun fact about Jenny…she’d be perfectly content eating a cheeseburger for all three meals of a day!
