Sierra Mar Residence

Sierra Mar is a three story 3,500 sf house on two combined lots totaling 8,000 sf in the Hollywood Hills. A structural steel moment frame and cantilever concrete slab construction allowed for a full size rooftop lap pool and terraced garden. Central vertical circulation and atrium space sculpturally connects the main floors while allowing light into the center of the house.
